Derek Mansfield Derek joined BNL in January 2012. He has a wealth of technical and manufacturing management experience, including 10 years within TT electronics PLC as Managing Director of three different and technically advanced manufacturing subsidiaries - the most recent of which was based in Malaysia. Prior to that, Derek has held roles from business development and product engineering to operations management. He holds a BSc with Honours in Technology Management.

Paul Wood Finance Director Paul joined BNL in 2009 from Broker Network Holdings Ltd, where he held the position of Finance Director. He has extensive experience of financial management in large, multinational companies such as KPMG and BP and has been a Chartered Accountant since 2000, with an LLB Law degree from The University of Sheffield. Paul is responsible for all finance and IT functions and legal or contractual matters at BNL.

Janicke Aitken Janicke joined BNL as Programme Manager in 2008, bringing management experience in engineering, manufacturing, IT, and construction industries. Taking up the role of Business Development Director in 2009, Janicke is responsible for Sales, Marketing and New Product Development. An active member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Janicke holds Chartered Engineer status and is a Fellow of the Association of Manufacturing Managers.

Malcolm Ford Malcolm joined us in November 2012, bringing a vast wealth of experience within the plastics moulding industry. He has a background of managing and directing Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operational Improvement and Change Management, and has previously held strategic roles in UK and Eastern Europe with large multi-national companies such as Tyco, Straight plc and Black & Decker.
