BNL ensures customer satisfaction by utilising the significant advantages of thermoplastics over steel including: corrosion & chemical resistance, self-lubrication, reduced friction, low inertia and X-ray transparency. In addition, they are lightweight, ATEX rated, non-magnetic and electrical insulators - although static dissipation can be delivered if required. The varied properties of BNL plastic bearing assemblies make them ideal for providing solutions in a diverse range of applications and for many different industries.

BNL products handle water and other fluids without succumbing to corrosion or water absorption. Patented Free Flow technology can ensure fluids flow unimpeded through systems. BNL’s durable, plastic bearings and assemblies are of particular service to those applications facing varied or harsh environmental conditions. For applications requiring small components, BNL can also offer innovative solutions involving miniature and micro-bearing technologies.
Experts in designing and manufacturing plastic shafts, BNL also have the ability to use twin shot moulding technology (2K) to integrate features, reducing parts and save costs. The resulting value added to the designs, plus integration of parts, gives BNL a distinct advantage over other bearing providers – advantages that are passed on to our customers.
BNL can produce parts in a range of material specifications to match varied environments and design requirements. Whilst the majority of BNL products are injection moulded, the company has the capability to produce complex machines parts when volumes do not justify mould tooling.
